Site Manager – Mixed Use Commercial/Retail Build – Central London
We are currently partnering with a Tier 2 Main Contractor with over 400 years of construction experience and over 50 years’ experience construction in Europe. Due to their continued growth, they are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their London arm to contribute to their further development.
Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Coordination – Oversees the construction schedule and ensures seamless coordination between stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Technical Oversight & Quality Control – Reviews engineering designs and construction methods to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
* Site Supervision & Safety Compliance – Monitors site activities, enforces health and safety protocols, and ensures work is executed efficiently and safely.
* Budget & Resource Management – Controls project costs by managing resources, overseeing procurement, and ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
* Stakeholder Communication & Reporting – Provides regular updates to clients, investors, and senior management while addressing any project risks, delays, or design changes.
Requirements
Must have Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent engineering background
Must have 3+ years construction experience
Must live within a commutable distance to London
Benefits
£55,000-£60,000 per annum
