My client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated D365 CE Pre-Sales Consultant to join their growing team. As a key player in their sales cycle, you will work closely with their sales and technical teams to design and deliver compelling Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions to prospective clients. Your deep understanding of D365 CE functionality combined with your ability to communicate the value of the solution will be critical in helping clients transform their business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and create tailored pre-sales presentations and demos.
* Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
* Engage with clients to map their business needs to D365 CE functionalities, ensuring alignment between the solution and their strategic goals.
* Provide expertise on D365 CE modules including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
* Support RFP and RFQ processes, helping to define solution architecture and timelines.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other related products to effectively position them to clients.
* Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and business cases for D365 CE solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of the solution to the implementation phase.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve your pre-sales approach.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role in the D365 CE space.
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and its modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
* Ability to create and deliver engaging demos, presentations, and tailored solutions to clients.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about clients' business challenges.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementations and integrations is a plus.
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE are highly desirable.
* Strong project management and time management skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
