An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Support Officer to be recruited to the Corporate Service Support team. The role will primarily be providing support to the Planned Care Team, which sits within Porth Cynnal, one of the four service areas that underpins the Through Age Wellbeing model.
About the Role:
The role will primarily be providing support to the Planned Care Team, with one of the primary responsibilities focusing on confidential minute taking to support functions such as Adult Protection, Child Protection, Fostering Panel, HR Disciplinary Meetings, and other complex multi-agency meetings.
About the Candidate:
We are seeking a candidate with experience of working within an administrative setting, with a strong background in minute taking. You must have good IT skills and a methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work within multi-disciplinary teams will also be important. Having the ability to communicate bilingually will also be advantageous. Experience of working within a Social Services setting would be beneficial to the successful candidate, however, is not mandatory.
The candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable as there will be the requirement for the post holder to move between teams, dependent on service needs and to manage increased workloads and provide cover for other team members.
