Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Full Order-to-Cash clients.
* Communicate business updates effectively within the Client Account Management team.
* Lead improvement initiatives and contribute to company-wide projects.
* Manage client escalations and ensure team coverage during absences.
* Allocate clients among Account Managers and support resource needs.
* Schedule meetings to foster positive client relationships.
* Conduct regular team catch-ups for development and sharing best practices.
* Support commercial reviews and monitor client profitability.
* Set objectives and conduct performance reviews for team members.
* Collaborate across functions, enhancing relationships with Contract Managers, Customer Care, and Operations.
Requirements:
* Degree-level education and/or 2+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on customer/client-facing roles.
