Are you an experienced Facilities Admin looking for work in an NHS Trust based in West Midlands?
I have a client seeking an experienced Facilities Admin to work in their facilities department.
Details of assignment:
* Producing swipe cards.
* Controlling accommodation for staff.
* Covering the welcome desk and coordinating jobs for porters and cleaners.
* Answering the desk phone and emails while liaising with the department.
* Looking after patient files while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Job Details:
* The role pays £14.50ph on a temp to perm basis for a 37.5 hour week.
* You can be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
* The role is for 6-12 months with the potential to go permanent afterwards.
