Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Account Manager for our client based in Scotland.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring contract retention, and identifying opportunities to up-sell additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage customer relationships, delivering high-quality service and meeting annual sales targets.
2. Negotiate and secure new contracts, as well as up-sell additional services at target profit margins.
3. Assist in the mobilisation of new contracts and ensure smooth handovers.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
5. Produce accurate cost estimates, quotations, and supporting sales documentation.
6. Manage outstanding debt and ensure timely payments from clients.
7. Maintain an up-to-date and active sales pipeline to support growth targets.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in a similar Account Manager or Technical Sales role.
2. Ideally, experience within building services, construction, or FM sectors.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Competent in using MS Office applications.
5. Flexible and willing to travel throughout the UK, with overnight stays when required.
6. Full UK driving licence is essential.
Offering:
1. Salary up to £40k per annum.
2. Commission scheme paying additional £10-15k per annum.
3. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
