This is an office based role, the Customer Operations team work from our Cardiff City Centre Office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. You’ll be the first point of contact for small business owners. Our customers are trying to build their businesses, and we don’t want to get in the way. You’ll solve problems, fix things that aren’t working for them, and give them a leg up when they need it. Most importantly, you’ll be able to listen to our customers and understand from them how we can build a better business.
2. Servicing our customers via phone, emails and chat.
3. Helping customers with everything related to their account.
4. Proactively working to improve points of friction for customers.
5. Working in your team to make sure that customers get connected instantly.
6. Identifying our vulnerable customers and ensuring they get the right support.
Shifts: You’ll be joining our night team servicing both our UK & US customers. Working Monday-Sunday (2 weekends in every 4) 6pm-6am & 8pm-8am. Shifts will be:
1. Week 1: 4 shifts on, 3 off.
2. Week 2: 3 shifts on, 1 off, 3 on.
3. Week 3: 3 shifts off, 4 on.
4. Week 4: 7 days off.
We’re Looking For:
1. Passionate about helping customers and can build rapport with customers easily.
2. Able to think quickly on your feet to solve problems, you don't need to follow a script!
3. Able to follow processes and guidelines but still able to use your own initiative.
4. You can adapt to change with ease and handle pressure well.
5. You are good at explaining complex information in a simple way.
6. You can tailor your approach to service a wide range of customers from all walks of life.
7. You enjoy working to a schedule and are great at time keeping!
8. You're familiar with working night shifts.

Interview Process:
1. First stage: 15 minute intro call with a member of the team (Phone call).
2. Final stage: Attend an assessment day either Tuesday 3rd or Thursday 5th December, 3pm-7pm (In person).
