Position: SEN Teaching Assistant – Early Years Foundation Stage Location: Warrington (WA2) Start Date: Immediate Competitive pay: £83.40-£100.00 per day Age Group: Nursery/Reception Contract: Full-Time About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with a range of SEN, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop the skills they need to progress. You will support students both 1:1 and in small groups, ensuring they receive the attention and guidance necessary to succeed in their learning. Your role will be integral in creating an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters their academic and social development. Attend to pupils’ needs and provide advice to assist in their social, health and hygiene development. Key Responsibilities: Support young children with SEN Work closely with the class teacher to implement tailored learning strategies. Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, helping them to achieve their learning goals. Assist with personal care and any specific needs that may arise during the school day. Create an inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported. Work with the other staff members to monitor and track students' progress. What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role: Must hold a childcare related qualification level 2 or above. Experience working with SEN students, preferably in a primary school setting.
