Job Title: Sales Administrator

TeamJobs are working with a well established company in the Holton Heath area who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data input
* Document Preparation: Print out paperwork and labels for both factory and administrative purposes.
* Generate and print delivery notes, ensuring all documentation is correct and complete.
* Manage filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records for easy access
* Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide excellent service to customers and suppliers.
* Assist with general office duties and other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
