Specialist Pharmacist Primary Care Band 7 We have opportunities available across all cluster areas within Aberdeenshire; Banff, Buchan, Formartine, Garioch, Kincardine & Mearns and Marr Hours: 37 hours per week (full time or part time will be considered) We have an exciting opportunity for registered Pharmacists to join Pharmacotherapy Teams working across Aberdeenshire within a chosen Cluster area. The post holder will join a developing team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians and be key to the ongoing provision of the Pharmacotherapy service and promoting quality, cost-effective prescribing of medicines. The post holders will work across GP Practices and Community Hospitals, covering all aspects of medicines management in line with local and national guidelines. You may have a community or hospital pharmacy background. Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential. Experience of working within Primary Care, medicines management and audit would be an advantage. Independent Prescriber training would be supported if not already achieved. Full driving licence essential. Part time may be considered, minimum 3 days (22.5hrs).
