The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEN, ensuring that every learner can excel and develop a lifelong love for Science. Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the Science curriculum. Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with SEN. Assessing and monitoring student progress to inform teaching and intervention strategies. Collaborating with the SEN team to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Creating an inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning. Key Requirements: The successful candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Science across Key Stages 1 to 5. Knowledge or experience in supporting students with SEN. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
