Based in Great Yarmouth, you'll play a pivotal role in managing intricate operations that span export control, hazardous goods management, supplier pricing negotiations, and logistics support.
Your Mission:
1. Master the art of raising internal sales orders, invoices, and credit notes using our cutting-edge inventory management system.
2. Become a pro at initiating Purchase Orders and maintaining precise delivery schedules.
3. Provide crucial freight quotes and add freight to company orders, ensuring smooth logistics.
4. Prepare commercial shipping invoices and match export shipping documents with finesse.
5. Handle the virtual book-in and book-out of intercompany direct dispatches.
6. Play a key role in project coordination, utilising your excellent Excel skills.
7. Be the first point of contact for tier 1 telephone queries, showcasing your effective communication skills.
