Playing a crucial part in the shaping of the Oracle HCM Fusion technology, creating and delivering a strategic blueprint of the development of this technology, and being able to translate this journey to the business, is what you will have the opportunity to do as the Product Owner of Oracle HCM Fusion. This is a flexible working location role, which may see you visit our Warwick Head Office from time to time. These services include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. The Product Owner - Oracle HCM Fusion will play a key role in ensuring our HR application service continues to drive value from our products, working closely with business and technology leaders to define product roadmaps that support the delivery of our business strategies. In conjunction with 3rd party suppliers the Product Owner will be responsible for the delivery of an optimised BAU service that continuous evolves to ensure alignment and value to our customers. Specialisms seeking: Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle HRMS EBS R12 (12.2) What you’ll do: Strategic Development: Shape the Oracle HCM Fusion technology roadmap. Define strategic blueprints to align technology with business goals. Communicate and translate these strategies to stakeholders across the business. Service Optimization: Work with business and technology leaders to maintain an optimized, value-driven HR application service. Manage BAU (Business as Usual) service evolution for continuous alignment with business needs. Collaborate with 3rd-party suppliers to ensure seamless delivery. Technology Leadership: Lead the product strategy for Oracle HCM Fusion. Deliver solutions that meet HR, organizational, and employee needs. Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle HRMS EBS R12 (12.2) Who you are: The Product Owner - Oracle HCM Fusion role is tailored for a seasoned professional who combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision and stakeholder engagement skills. Below is a refined overview emphasizing the key aspects of this profile: Technical Expertise: Strong foundational experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting BAU activities for Oracle HCM or Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Comprehensive understanding of both back-end and front-end Oracle HCM functionalities. HR Applications Specialist: Broad knowledge of HR applications, particularly in Oracle HCM/Fusion. Ability to innovate and identify opportunities for system enhancement and expansion. Support & Implementation Leadership: Proven experience in managing Oracle Fusion HCM support teams and overseeing end-to-end implementations. Track record of delivering projects, solutions, and driving continuous improvement. Skills & Qualities: Technical Communication: Proficient in translating complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for both high-level business leaders and low-level operational stakeholders. Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions. Visionary Leadership: A forward-thinking mindset to envision and develop strategic opportunities for system growth and innovation. Skilled at balancing technical feasibility with business priorities. Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience working in a collaborative environment involving diverse business areas (HR, IT, Finance, etc.). Key Requirements: Expertise in managing the Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS HCM applications Relevant experience in implementing HR applications, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM applications Experience in defining & delivering product strategies and roadmaps Managing SaaS product releases Experience in managing 3rd party outsource providers Understanding of agile working practices.
