You will also oversee all email touchpoints and inform the social media strategy to optimise customer journeys, cultivating long-term audience engagement that drives revenue and participation. Additionally, you will: - Improve the use of data and insights to enhance sales of tickets, memberships, and products - Work with marketing leads to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign strategies - Assess and adapt communications throughout campaign lifecycles to achieve sales targets About You To be considered as a CRM Manager, you will need: - Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering CRM strategies to improve engagement and drive sales - Good knowledge of the principles and practices of digital marketing - A commercially minded, strategic, and outcome-focused approach - A willingness to undertake a DBS check or hold an acceptable current DBS check The closing date for this role is 26th January 2025.
