For customers today, instead of getting an advised service and building connections with their broker, they spend the contact time relaying information about their home, completing PDF forms, and waiting days for replies for quotes from their insurance broker. Just to repeat that process the following year.
It’s slow and opaque, and there is little value added for the customer.
They want to be able to manage it 24/7 and reap the benefits of a digital experience, whilst simultaneously retaining the experience and knowledge of people to offer guidance and advice.
That is what they are building – a digital HNW insurance solution leveraging technology with the human touch. On a mission to give people confidence in their cover.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on the D2C marketing efforts. You will be our first full-time marketing hire so will be instrumental in determining the go-to-market strategy and lead generation efforts.
As the key player in managing the channels, and overseeing the social media, you will also help identify and develop any other opportunities, such as brand partnerships. You will drive the acquisition, engagement, and retention of their target audience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone up for the challenge in helping build a brand in a sector that traditionally has found it hard to engage customers. You will have a deep understanding of the target audience, really know what motivates them and how to engage them.
You'll be…
1. Drive customer acquisition: Plan, execute and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn and Meta with a focus on acquiring new customers and drive incremental revenue growth.
2. Explore new channels: Identify and test new growth opportunities outside of paid channels, contributing to the evolution of the overall marketing strategy. Getting creative across all channels - Digital, traditional and direct.
3. Optimise the full funnel: Collaborate on refining the funnel and channels (SEO, email, paid, organic, website and user experience) ensuring optimal traffic growth and conversion rates.
4. Leverage data to drive decisions: Use advanced analytics to measure attribution, assess performance, and inform strategic marketing decisions that maximize ROI, Customer Acquisition Costs and customer Lifetime Value.
5. Focus on incrementality: Analyse campaigns to identify true incremental gains, ensuring the business invests in strategies that drive real growth.
Who you are?
1. You have proven experience in growth/performance marketing & lead generation.
2. You have Insurtech/fintech marketing experience (not essential).
3. You're a creative and strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing performance-oriented marketing campaigns.
4. A creative eye - some experience with content creation is a plus.
5. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with high net worth individuals sensitively and appropriately.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on achieving growth targets.

£45-50,000

Paddington office - 1 day a week WFH
