Here at GXO, we’re currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to support our customer site for Diageo in Runcorn You’ll lead a well-established team and be responsible for engaging both your teams and our customer, ultimately ensuring the operational and commercial success of the business. This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Budget responsibility, ensuring contract KPIs and budgets are achieved for all areas of responsibility Develop and maintain customer relationships in line with a partnership approach attending customer reviews as required Lead, coach and develop direct reports; responsible for all people processes during the lifecycle of an employee Chair and attend departmental, contractual and site meetings as required What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven experience in a similar senior management role and environment working with a high-profile customer. Experience of leading and developing a team and all associated people processes.
