We have an exciting opportunity to join the UK Support Function. You will undertake specific responsibilities to support, prioritise and coordinate effective and efficient technical/functional administrative support to teams based at MBDA's Bristol Site. You will need to exhibit a high level of organisation skills, great team ethic and the ability to interface with people at all levels both internally and externally, whilst embracing innovative ways of working. Responsibilities:
* Flexibility to travel to other UK sites and MBDA's Poland office when required
* Generate and maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders (including our key Customers)
* Identifying Process Improvements for project and programmes
* Manage shared calendar and deconflict meetings for project and programmes
* Monitor Project and programme emails and maintaining programmes change request record
* Programme International Visits Control Office (IVCO) applications
* Programme security briefing scheduling and monitoring
* Project point of contact for shipping and export physical goods
* Programme documentation for shipping and export and intangible transfers (taking account of security, export, infrastructure and consignment restrictions)
* General project transfers of classified documents
* Facilitating internal programme and customer meetings and admin working group support, whilst maintaining and monitoring meeting action trackers
* Purchasing activities utilising SAP
* Project specific events e.g. offsite workshops
* To be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
* Sharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members
* Participation and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives - to be accountable for own self-learning and development
* Discretion and confidentiality to be maintained

* It is essential that the post holder undertakes the extensive duties with flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm and operates as an integral part of the team

Security Clearance:
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British Citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a Minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel security standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
