To excel in this role, you should have:
1. An existing employment law profile and your own client base
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
3. A positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal abilities
4. A team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate with and mentor lawyers at various levels
5. The capacity to work independently and manage your workload
6. Experience in leading hearings and mediations
7. A strong work ethic
