As a Hall Porter at HMB Portsmouth, You'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do. What you’ll do: To maintain service delivery in 24 hour Hall Porter/accommodation reception General Hall Porter/receptionist duties To cover the annual leave and sickness of a Hall Porter and/or Accommodation Receptionist, within a 24/7 rota. Day shifts and night shifts. Liaise with internal and external customers Creating paperwork for arrivals. Checking in and out. Reporting defects in a timely manner. To respond to queries at reception desk and incoming calls.
