Huntswood is looking for Customer Service Advisers with Webchat and Voice experience to join our global team.
Are you an ambitious & resilient individual with great communication skills? Have you worked on financial campaigns dealing with debit or credit card support? If YES, then we are looking for you!
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide responses to all, maintaining high quality of services, performance standards and attend to high volumes of calls/chats/emails.
2. Proactively identify issues and problems before they arise, using effective problem-solving techniques to help customers resolve their issues.
3. Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
4. Work with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
5. Connect and build rapport with the customer.
6. Respond to customers.
Minimum Requirements
1. Customer Service webchat experience.
2. Excellent communication (Written and Verbal).
3. Ability to deal/interact with different customers.
4. Ability to analyse and troubleshoot issues and provide sound resolution.
5. Ability to demonstrate writing skills as it relates to capturing case notes.
6. Product Knowledge.
7. Adaptive Approach.
