An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Finance Director to lead and manage all aspects of financial operations Client Details Our client is a not for profit organisation who provides both social housing and supported living accommodation. Description Leading the financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial health. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Managing risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Supporting the executive team with strategic decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure value for money and strong financial governance. Lead and manage the accounting & finance department Develop and implement effective financial strategies Reviewing all processes and procedures Profile A successful Interim Finance Director should have: Qualified accountant Proven experience as a Finance Director within social housing sector Experience of reporting and presenting complex information to Boards or Committee Experience of strategic finance, business planning and cost analysis Evidence of developing processes and procedures Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods Experience of performance improvement, quality assurance, risk management and value for money improvement Proficiency in accounting software Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop teams Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Job Offer £550 - £650 a day Hybrid role - 2 days on site 3-6 month role
