The Role We are currently looking for an organised and proactive Part Time Administrative Assistant to join a SME in Washington, Tyne and Wear. (c 2days per week - can be flexible with days) Role Overview: The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the team with daily administrative tasks, as well as following up on leads and assisting with client communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Following up on leads and inquiries from potential clients via phone and email. Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the team. Updating and maintaining quote system with client information and follow-up notes. Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required. The Person Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred but not essential). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
