Salary: £35,000 (with annual reviews) Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) What You’ll Be Doing Drive the operational plan, ensuring growth and financial targets are met. Ensure the service meets all CQC requirements while aligning with our vision and values. Continuously review practices, introducing innovative care delivery and community integration for then people we support. Create a fun and safe home for Adults with additional needs by promoting independence, choices and engagement. Foster positive connections with commissioners, families, and stakeholders. Set clear targets, provide regular appraisals, and identify training needs to support your team’s success. Work closely with the referrals team to achieve high occupancy levels. Implement quality management systems and support key strategic projects. About You Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Experience: Proven track record as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs. Leadership Skills: Demonstrable success in team building and staff motivation. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to be clear, concise, and persuasive.
