Pay: £20-25/hour

Business Mileage: 45p/mile

Location: Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Hereford (hybrid working model)
Key responsibilities include:
*
Conducting assessments and reviews in alignment with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
*
Completing safeguarding enquiries with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for individuals.
*
Employing a strengths-based approach to support clients in maintaining independence and building community networks.
*
Managing the assessment and review process with regular supervision and support.
*
Participating in a duty rota, including in-office and home-based work, with face-to-face office requirements and county-wide travel as needed.
*
Using the Mosaic client database (training provided if necessary).
Requirements
*
Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
*
Strong working knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding processes.
*
Commitment to person-centered, strengths-based practice.
*
Excellent communication and written skills.
*
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
*
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model and travel across the county as required.
