The Sales & Marketing Executive is a vital role that covers a range of functions related to sales support and marketing activities. The role ensures smooth operation of all sales and marketing processes, maintains accurate records, and supports the Sales and Marketing Manager in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
This position is pivotal in driving the growth and visibility of the business, helping us reach and engage a broader client base while also enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Sales Administration
* Manage the Sales inbox and handle inbound sales-related calls and inquiries
* Process sales orders and track delivery schedules
* Identify opportunities for growth
* Prepare sales presentations and proposals
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
* Manage the calendar and schedule meetings for the Sales and Marketing Manager, particularly for Technology Business Reviews
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
* Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Project Reviews
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
* Oversee the Client Service Matrix
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience
Marketing Administration
* Schedule networking events for the Sales and Marketing Manager
* Process the Monthly Newsletter and ensure timely distribution
* Manage the company's social media accounts and update blogs on the website
* Assist in the implementation and delivery of the Marketing Plan
* Manage Email Signature Software and update banners on a monthly basis
* Regularly communicate with customers regarding critical updates and special offers
* Coordinate marketing campaigns and events
* Produce and analyse Marketing Reports
* Attend networking events to represent the company and expand its reach.
