Electrical Maintenance Engineer required for our client, a well-established company who have been at the forefront of the commercial glasshouse construction industry in the UK and Ireland since 1985, supplying and equipping commercial greenhouses to Growers, Garden Centres and Research Institutions throughout the UK.
This is an office-based role, with the requirement to do some travel, covering the South of the UK.
The ratio to being in the office and on the road is 50/50.

You will be a qualified electrician, expected to assist with maintenance, fault-finding and repairs for a variety of glasshouse services - knowledge of the glasshouse systems is not required, as full training will be provided.
You will be required to cost, quote and sell the maintenance contracts to the clients, and coordinate the various sub-contractors required to carry out the full maintenance of commercial glasshouses along with all the M&E systems.
No prior experience in maintenance contract management is required, although it would be beneficial for the role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be proficient using MS Word and Excel.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Requirements
Local to Chichester or willing to relocate.
Qualified Electrician - 18th Edition, 2391, NVQ Level 3
Experience conducting maintenance tasks on a variety of commercial and construction projects. (Desirable)
Computer literate, specifically in Word and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Happy to travel
