About the Role

The HR Services Co-Ordinator provides professional HR administration and advice and guidance, operating a customer centric triage service to Quilter employees and managers relating to employee life-cycle matters. The team deliver a high quality, customer centric service with a focus on continuous improvements to meet the needs of the business.
1. Managing HR actions within the end-to-end HR processes such as starters, leavers, and all employee life-cycle changes, using Workday and associated systems.
2. Amendment to employee records on Workday which supports payroll processing working to monthly payroll deadlines.
3. Maintaining all employee information and records on Workday.
4. Production of changes to terms and conditions letters.
5. Co-ordinate and provide reference requests for current and ex-employees including regulatory references.
6. Oversight and control of new employees set up and onboarding activities, this involves collaboration with the HR TA Team.
7. Co-ordinate candidate interviews: work closely with the TA team to ensure that interviews are scheduled correctly using Workday functionality and Outlook.
8. Processing of pre-employment checks for new employees; SMCR and non-regulated employees and all activities required in readiness for day 1 at Quilter.
9. Collaboration with Reward on Career Framework and Compensation and Benefit queries.
10. Provide administration to Learning and Development activities and processes, providing professional support and advice and guidance to the business.
11. General HR Administration duties / additional HR related projects.
12. Serve as first point-of-contact for HR queries from line managers and colleagues - providing accurate and timely information, advice and guidance relating to HR policies, processes, and issues.
13. Where required, proactively conduct research to find answers to questions and for complex queries refer to the HR CoE specialist when necessary.
14. Ensure that Quilter knowledge bank information is continuously reviewed and updated in line with policy and legislation changes.
15. Keep track of emails / communication and ensure the logging tool is up to date with all tasks.
16. Provide support to HR Business Partners as and when required related to all employee life-cycle matters.
17. Ensure that any errors or issues are reported correctly following HR processes and escalate appropriately.
18. Review the issue log for items relating to employee life-cycle activities and provide input into the root cause analysis and resolutions.
19. Put forward ideas for continuous improvements using the CI tool.
About You
You may have previous experience of working in an HR function or have completed HR related studies. You may have an HR generalist background with a proven track record of being able to manage and prioritise high volumes of work whilst providing a flawless delivery to customers. Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management skills are going to be required.
The ability to work as part of a professional HR team is key whilst collaborating across HR teams providing support to all areas of the business is required. You will be curious to explore things and be motivated to continue personal development opportunities.
