Children’s Registered Manager\n\nBrand New Residential Service – Two Bed Home – LD and autism\n\nBetween £50,000 and £60,000 plus company car and bonus\n\nRuislip, London\n\nOverview\n\nCompass Associates is currently working with a provider of home care and supported living services that are looking to expand into the children’s sector by opening their first children’s homes. Together we’re looking for a passionate Registered Manager for a two-bed residential home.\n\nThis exciting opportunity means you’ll be helping the organisation to set up their home, and recruit your own team alongside the company, allowing you the unique chance to make your mark on the home and change children’s lives.\n\nYour willingness to get stuck into the role, support the team and help it grow will allow you to succeed in this role. It’s essential that the children are at the heart of every decision you make, allowing you to make a positive change in their lives.\n\nWork Pattern\n\nMonday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.\n\nLocation\n\nThe position is based in Ruislip, Hillingdon, London.\n\nCommutable from Richmond, Hammersmith, Windsor and Watford.\n\nCriteria\n\n * Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undergoing this qualification\n\n * Two years of experience working within a residential care position\n\n * One year in a managerial position\n\nInterview\n\nThe first interview will be informal over the phone or on Zoom with the director.
The second stage is a formal face to face interview with the director.\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\nThe role is paying up to £50,000 and £60,000 per annum.\n\n * Company car\n\n * £5,000 bonus for achieving an Outstanding at inspection.\n\n * 3% - 5% linked performance uplift\n\n * Bonus for achieving an ‘Outstanding’ at Inspection in the form of a one-time payment or up to 3% increase in salary\n\n * The company is expanding and can offer opportunities to progress in your career.\n\nHoliday Allowance\n\n30 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
