What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for leading one of the country's most well-known leisure brands, which regularly reaches hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Your portfolio will span from West London to Liverpool, and even overseas to Malta & Mauritius. The work you do will drive customers to have more fun. No two days are expected to be the same. You might be filming with famous YouTubers one day and working with multinational brands the next. One thing is for certain though, there's no shortage of exciting marketing campaigns that will need you and your team.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of qualified marketing professionals
2. Strategically plan the route to market for new and existing products/services
3. Take ownership of the prioritisation for the department
4. Create detailed briefs, and budgets, and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders
5. Prepare insightful reports on the effectiveness of marketing activity
6. Work with agencies, freelancers and other specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes
7. Occasional travel, nationally, to rollout campaigns on-site
A little about you:
1. You'll probably have a bachelor's degree in marketing or another relevant subject
2. You'll have at least 3 years' experience working as a Head of Marketing
3. You'll be confident in articulating and reporting on campaign performance to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
