We have a vacancy for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in lower key-stage 2 starting on Monday 22nd April 2025 (or earlier if available). This is a permanent post, term time only, working 27.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience of teaching assistant role in a Key Stage One or Key Stage Two classroom.
* Have experience of the Teaching Assistant role within a school setting.
* Have knowledge and practical experience of SEND and inclusion.
With the ability to:
* Maintain a positive ethos with an accent on high achievement and inclusion for all.
* Communicate and promote the vision and objectives of the school.
* Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
* Be committed to developing learning within both the indoor and outdoor area.
* Motivate and stimulate pupils of all abilities to enjoy learning.
* Make appropriate judgments over issues of confidentiality and safeguarding.
* Be committed in their post.
* Be supportive of other members of staff.
* Have good attendance and punctuality.
* Be co-operative with other staff and to be pro-active in the working environment.
* Have a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
