Fabulous opportunity for a Marketing Executive with experience in a law or other professional services partner-environment looking for a step up.

THE ROLE
You will join a small, high-achieving and collaborative Marketing & Business Development team and play a key role in shaping and redefining how the firm communicates and goes to market. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to the evolution of the brand and how it is executed.
The Senior Marketing Executive will be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to craft compelling content. You will be curious and open to exploring how tools like AI can enhance the way you work, while ensuring the firm's communications remain human, engaging, and effective.
Key responsibilities include:
* Create engaging communications and content including articles, email newsletters, social media updates, website copy, biographies, news announcements, success stories, and podcasts and videos.
* Collaborating with lawyers, to align external communications with the firm's wider messaging.
* Manage a calendar of department and sector e-newsletters, using the firm’s email marketing platform.
* Creating engaging and creative internal communications, including maintaining the team intranet pages.
* Support the drafting and submission of legal directories and awards.
* Monitor and analyse the performance of communications; track engagement, and proactively introduce changes to improve effectiveness.
* Work with external agencies where applicable e.g. video producers, web agencies, etc.
YOU
* Strong experience in communications in a law or other professional services partnership environment in the UK, with a proven track record in writing for professional, business audiences.
* Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to grasp sometimes complex topics quickly and understand the benefit of communicating key points to target audiences.
* Confident to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish.
* Proficiency in using communication tools, platforms and software (e.g. analytics, Wordpress, CRM).
* Experience managing, recording and editing podcasts, preferred but not essential.
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
