Dental associate required for a large, private Dental Practice – Wistaria House Dental Practice, Devon.
The Practice is amid an ambitious growth & development plan and needs a forward-thinking and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The practice facilities already include intraoral scanners, an OPG machine, digital x-rays, rotary endo, a cloud-based appointments system (Dentally), a Practice Manager, and a dedicated treatment coordinator, with a separate consultation room.
The practice is part of a Devon-based cluster of 6 practices – Unity Dental Group. We are not a ‘corporate.’ Dr. Andy Lake is the sitting practice principal and works 4 days per week in the practice, with the autonomy to guide the team and practice. The practice also benefits from a full external support network from the other practices within the group and a central management team.
The Practice & group as a whole is truly a multi-disciplinary operation. Therefore, mentoring opportunities are available in Implants, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery & Sedation for that forward-thinking and dedicated applicant.
We also like to have fun as a team, so regular team events are organized and the day-to-day ethos is centered around enjoyment, coupled with professionalism. Check out our Instagram page to get a flavor for how we approach our day-to-day lives - https://www.instagram.com/wistaria_house_dental/
