Our goal is to enable the analysis of any living thing, by anyone, anywhere We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Systems team as Associate Director, eCommerce. This role will be managing and supporting the global eCommerce platform, made up of 11 stores and operating in 5 currencies. You will drive continuous improvement through the system to deliver features and functionality to support B2B & B2C commerce models, manage the online product catalogue and price books. The Details Working with key business areas, the successful candidate will identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies. Business improvement projects will primarily focus on our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX, but may also span SalesForce, Magento and other business systems. You'll be involved in recommending business controls by identifying recurring problems and provide clear, accurate and well-documented solutions. Core responsibilities include: Manage the configuration and operation of Magento Monitor the queues and integrations and respond in a timely fashion to security/usability concerns Update the product catalogue with the addition / removal of new or discontinued items Manage and update the price books (global and customer-specific) Liaising between departments on developing long terms strategies and improvements to support regional needs What We're Looking For We'll expect you to have a degree, preferably in an IT related discipline, or an equivalent combination of specialised training. Prior experience with Magento (Abobe commerce) or a similar eCommerce platform is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the collaborative responsibilities involved in this role and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
