We do not sponsor visa for the role. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: A Customer Service Representative handles customer interaction for an organisation. The top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Prior experiences with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plus Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Comfortable using computers, excel, Google work place such as drive, excel, emails, Zoom calls. Past experience working with online customer support is a plus Further Job Requirements: A Bachelor degree is a must. Master degree is a plus. Being reliable with deadlines and can work under pressures. Know how to use camera for professional photography is highly appreciated Create visually stunning website banners and imagery to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers. Experiences with creative job like design, social media can be a big advantage.
