Role Overview
You will play a key behind-the-scenes role, providing essential support to The Sofa Delivery Company leadership team. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks for the Leadership Team, assisting with diary coordination for the Managing Director and SLT, and attending SLT meetings to take notes and track action items. You will have significant exposure to important, business-critical discussions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage admin access on multiple portals, handle goods ordering, supplier management, expenses, and travel bookings.
2. Support the Leadership team in implementing new ways of working.
3. Manage specific initiatives/projects for the Managing Director and SLT.
4. Handle a fast-paced workload and liaise effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
5. Create agendas, take notes, and track actions for meetings with the Managing Director and SLT.
6. Maintain high standards and attention to detail.
7. Build strong relationships across the business and support flexible working arrangements.
8. Provide confidential and efficient support, demonstrating professionalism and trustworthiness.
Candidate Profile
The role suits someone who is passionate about service and operational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is an excellent problem solver and organiser. Experience in a PA role, strong communication skills, stakeholder influence, and comfort with ambiguity are essential.
