Role Overview
As the Marketing Admin Assistant, you will assisting the wider marketing team to ensure the smooth running of the department. This role will assist with day-to-day marketing operations, help maintain project timelines, and ensure smooth communication between internal and external collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing invoices from external venders through the system.
* Co-ordinating and managing the gifting PR, updating internal trackers.
* Assisting on shoots were required.
* Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and coordination.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
* Support social media management, including posting content, tracking engagement, and updating social media accounts.
* Assist with market research and competitive analysis to support campaign development.
* Handle general office duties like filing, document organization, and responding to inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Good knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms.
* Have excellent organizational skills
* Be able to multitask efficiently
* Be adaptable and agile to a fast-changing environment
* Demonstrate a passion for fashion marketing
* Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
