Partner Marketing Manager Job Description: The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting Sage's UKI Channel Partners in developing, executing and measuring their marketing strategies, and developing and executing innovative accelerator campaigns to drive incremental ARR (annualized recurring revenue) across the Partner Ecosystem, and support growth strategies for both the Channel Partner and Sage. The Partner Marketing Manager is also responsible for deepening and strengthening relationships with key internal stakeholders and our array of partners across the regions. This role may include: - Contribute to the success of our Partners by working closely with them to build and execute robust marketing plans and initiatives, that align with growth plans built with internal stakeholders. - Track and report on marketing investment ROI internally and externally while holding responsibility for the revenue and earnings target achievement for partners. - Manage allocated marketing budget effectively, including providing Marketing Development Funds to Partners. - Support Partner Marketing interlock with other teams, including Partner Sales, Partner Enablement and Direct Marketing to drive best-in-class experience for partners and customers alike. - Adhere to MDF Policy's and manage and allocate budget based on predetermined criteria. - Manage, use, and promote Sage Partner platforms internally and externally. - Develop sustainable strategies to expand and build our partner relationships and promote international alignment where applicable. - Create marketing education best practices content to be used internally and externally. - Be a Brand champion and support brand governance and management through Partners. Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Winnersh or Newcastle Office. Key Responsibilities: Summary of your day to day? In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide visibility into partner go-to-market strategies and track progress against targets. You'll manage budgets to optimize investments and deliver ROI, reporting on key performance indicators and analyzing data from multiple sources to assess and adjust marketing plans as needed. Responsibilities include delivering results-driven marketing programs that align with Sage's business goals, implementing enablement strategies to reflect global ambitions, and creating assets, tools, and resources to support partner growth. You'll ensure partners have access to sufficient content to enhance performance and collaborate with the Integrated Campaigns team to execute targeted, impactful campaigns. Additional marketing deliverables may also be required to support business objectives. Key Skills and Experience; - Experience in Partner / Channel Marketing. - Hands on experience in both planning and executing marketing campaigns. - Strong experience on reporting and measure success. - Ideally experience in the Tech space.
