We currently have a vacancy for a Soft Facilities Management Supervisor who would be responsible for the supervision of cleaning and housekeeping services at Bronglais General Hospital, and the surrounding community premises in Ceredigion.
The hours are - 37.5 hours per week working 5 days out of 7, on a rota, which includes bank holidays and weekends.

Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed individuals who are hardworking, motivated, forward thinking and innovative.
The post is demanding and the ideal candidate will have relevant experience of large scale cleaning operations. A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience would be an advantage and willingness to study to this level will be an essential requirement.
The successful candidates will be required to work between the hours of 7am and 10pm and the ability to work flexibly as required will be essential.
The post holder will need to be flexible to work wherever the demand is within the Hotel Facilities Department.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Good level of general education
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience, skills and knowledge of cleaning tasks/cleaning supervision
* Detailed Food Hygiene knowledge, Health & Safety, COSHH, Moving and Handling, and HACCP knowledge
* IT Skills
Desirable criteria
* ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading or equivalent
* Level 2 Food Safety Award
* Coaching/Training Certificate
* Supervisory Training
* IOSH Certificate
* Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control
Experience
