This post is to lead the management of administrative and clerical projects and change management activities that ensure clinical and non-clinical services are appropriately provided. Ideally you should have experience of staff management and a knowledge of NHS IT systems along with a management qualification to HND level or relevant work experience. Your performance must comply with the national Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009 and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
