Brook Street is recruiting for an Admin Officer to work in Loughborough city centre.
This is a temporary position until 11/05/2026, offering valuable exposure and experience within the Public Sector.
37 hours per week, between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Pay rate: £12.36 per hour, increasing to £12.53 after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer service via telephone
* Progress cases through the Court/Tribunal system and support other HMCTS functions
* Problem solving using guidelines and hubs
* Input data into the system
* Prepare papers
* Create and update records
* Email correspondence
* General administrative duties
