Description Permanent Contract | £36,124 to £37,938 per annum (Scale I) | 37 hours per week | County Hall There are 14 Street Work Inspectors operating across Norfolk. This role oversees the work completed by these Inspectors. You will be part of a busy central Network Management team and responsible for the identification of good & poor practice, coaching and service improvement of Street Scene Inspectors and associated processes. You will also be responsible for gathering and reporting all relative performance information to help improve business practice within the street works inspection regime. We are looking for a confident, articulate and pro-active individual to fill this role. You will need a sound and thorough knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act and a detailed knowledge of the Norfolk Permit Scheme and can demonstrate good coaching practices. You must be enthusiastic with good interpersonal and communication skills. A flexible and adaptable attitude is necessary as well as a resilient nature and the willingness to constantly develop your knowledge and skills.
