This role is for 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. It's a hybrid position, working from home with travel expected to Head Office in Leamington Spa and BPAS units as required. The role As Head of IT and Digital, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of BPAS' information and communication technology services. This role ensures the effective operation, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and digital solutions. You will manage IT staff, external suppliers, and drive digital transformation to enhance organisational efficiency and service quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring technology supports BPAS strategic goals, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and delivering high-quality IT support across the organisation.
