Hours 37.5 hours, Monday Friday, Flexible start finish -7-3pm or 8-4pm or 9-5pm

The person: A Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant who enjoys working in a varied and interesting role working closely with the Finance Manager and wider business.
The role: Opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with previous all-round accounts experience to work closely with the Finance Manager supporting a range of accounting / month end support to the business.
As Accounts Assistant, you will undertake a wide range of responsibilities spanning:
Posting sales / purchase invoices, expediting overdue debtors
Reconciling the general ledger
Act as point of contact for all supplier queries and organising payment of supplier invoices
VAT / reconciliations
Supporting customs queries
Monthly Import and Export accounts reconciled
Support balance sheet reconciliation
Working closely with the Finance Manager to support monthly reporting and management accounts preparation. Closing Accounts receivables / accounts payable ledgers
