Senior Account Manager
Location: Worcester (5 days in the office initially, then hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + £15k OTE

Redwood Search is working with a family-orientated, growing and thriving consultancy based in the heart of Worcester to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager.
If you thrive on scoping out new business with existing large accounts, then this role is for you. B2B Sales experience is essential. This is not a transactional sell it is purely consultative, and solution-based.
The company prides itself in providing solutions to a range of sectors, including MoD, Corporate, Healthcare and Central Government.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing existing accounts and generating new opportunities within these accounts
Identifying new opportunities and engaging with key decision-makers.
Becoming a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their potential.
Working in a collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team environment.
After an initial 6-month office-based period, enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working (2 days WFH).
Skills and Experience Required
2+ years’ B2B sales experience (service-led industries like recruitment, media, etc.). Account management or business development experience (50/50 split). Strong communication & consultative selling skills. Proactive mindset – love spotting opportunities and adding value.
