Job Title: Project Manager – Noise Control Specialist Salary: £37,500 - £50,000 per annum About Us: We are a leading noise control company, specializing in innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our special projects team focuses on delivering bespoke, high-quality projects in commercial environments, including data centres and other specialized facilities. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from the handover from Sales to final completion. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial or façade systems, building envelopes, or steel-related projects, with a solid understanding of corrosion, fixings, and steelwork. Familiarity with CAD and Revit is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Contract Management: Manage all aspects of contracts, from start to finish, including compliance with client requirements and internal standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external suppliers. Technical Oversight: Leverage knowledge of steelwork, corrosion, and fixings to ensure project requirements are met to a high standard. Data Centres Expertise: Manage specialized projects with specific requirements for data centres and other complex facilities. Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD and Revit to contribute to project design and execution (experience preferred). Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to meet project objectives. Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and maintain detailed project documentation. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within the commercial, façade, or building envelope sectors. Knowledge of steel structures, corrosion, fixings, and related technical considerations. Experience working on data centre projects is a plus. Strong understanding of CAD and Revit software (preferred). Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
