What our Deputy Manager will Do As our Deputy Manager, you'll split your time between hands-on leadership on the floor and supernumerary responsibilities alongside the Home Manager. Your role will include: Coaching and motivating care and clinical teams to deliver excellent person-centred care Maintaining clinical oversight and upholding the highest care standards Supporting audits, quality assurance, and service improvement initiatives Leading by example to foster a positive, caring team culture Helping shape the ongoing development of the home This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a senior care role – such as Deputy Manager or Team Leader – ideally with a background in dementia care, who is looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
