Team Leader
Pay rate: £16.80
Shift Pattern: 2 X 10 hour TL days - 2 X 12 hour shifts, every other weekend
Requirements: Previous Team Leader experience. Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis; you must currently be based in/around the Waterlooville area and able to commute.
We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to manage a dynamic team in Waterlooville. You will manage a split team that supports 2 Autistic Service users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a fantastic team, supplying great communication and support.

* Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
* Organised and IT competent.
* Have a positive attitude to enhancing people's lives.
* Be approachable.
* Empathetic to individual needs & communication difficulties.
* Must be able to stay calm & responsive in potentially stressful situations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
* Knowledge of working with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
* Experience managing a team.
* Minimum 2 years of experience within health and social care.
* Previous experience of supervising staff.
* Ability to deal with conflicts.
* Ability to manage behaviours that may challenge.
* An understanding of safeguarding and ability to identify safeguarding issues.
* A full UK driver's license is essential.
