Senior HR Advisor

Our client, a leading international company in the professional services sector, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional organisation by providing an efficient, responsive, and high-quality HR advisory service.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will:
* Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and partners.
* Advise employees and managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
* Support significant annual HR processes, including the Annual Salary Review and bonus recommendations.
* Coordinate and document internal and external secondments and transfers as required.
* Lead weekly HR induction sessions for new joiners.
* Conduct parental leave discussions with employees and manage associated tasks.
* Schedule and facilitate employee retirement discussions.
* Conduct employee exit interviews and provide related support.
* Oversee the coordination and management of student schemes and training programs.
* Assist in managing high absence cases when necessary.
* Provide reporting support to the HR Relationship Manager.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 4 year's experience in an HR Advisory role.
* Experience in a professional services environment (preferred).
* CIPD qualification (ideally fully qualified).
* Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
* A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
