Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and reporting activities. Support the preparation of management reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and insights. Maintain accurate and timely reporting outputs, ensuring alignment with business needs. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with relevant insights. Finance Business Partnering · Partner with operational and commercial divisions to monitor budgets, control costs, and improve valuable insights. · Provide ad hoc financial analysis and scenario planning for strategic initiatives. Strategic Projects Support the implementation and regular maintenance of FP&A tool (Datarails). Assist in process improvements to ensure efficient, scalable reporting practices. Work with IT and senior finance team members to drive reporting improvements. Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly and influence non-finance stakeholders. Exposure to senior stakeholders and managing relationships Experience using FP&A tools and advanced Excel modelling. Commercial acumen and the ability to align financial insights with strategic goals. Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive mindset to address challenges in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Experience Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience. Demonstrable experience in FP&A, business partnering, and financial modelling. Background in modelling, scenario planning and KPI reporting. Familiarity with Finance Systems (NetSuite), Advanced Excel (Power Query), and CRM systems (e.g. Bullhorn) is desirable but not essential.
