Must be a car driver with access to a car during the day for visits as well as day and night on-calls for home births and Delivery Suite at the John Radcliffe., Here in Oxfordshire, we offer women and healthcare professionals a unique set up of our Maternity Services where around 7200 babies are born annually. There is also an integrated birth unit where around 10% of birthing people choose to go in labour. As a large Tertiary hospital, the John Radcliffe offers a large Delivery Suite with an en-suite birthing pool room, 3 Maternity theatres and a specific Maternity Recovery Ward. There are specialist services such as the Fetal and Maternal Medicine Team and Bereavement Team. For those working with us, we have a named Maternity Psychologist 3 days a week to support all staff, as well as a ever-expanding team of Professional Midwifery Advocates to provide pastoral support. For those wishing to develop their careers and skills, we have a core Practice Development Team who can guide staff with their career options and development opportunities.
